Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:

• Perishable or live products

• Digital products

• Custom or special orders

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Refund Processing

Conditions for the refund processing:

Provide us with of the Initial payment with the transaction ID clearly visible. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 days to the original payment method.

NB: If a customer requests a cancellation and refund before the product reaches its destination, only 70% of the total amount paid will be refunded. The remaining 30% will be retained to cover handling, processing efforts, and potential losses or damages incurred, which were not included in the original agreement.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.
