Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Refund Processing

Conditions for the refund processing:

Provide us with of the Initial payment with the transaction ID clearly visible. Once approved, refunds are processed within 28 days to the original payment method.
